Benelli, the Italian superbike manufacturer, launched its most affordable motorcycle in India on Tuesday, the Imperiale 400 cruiser. The bike is priced at Rs 1.69 lakh (ex-showroom) and rivals the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Jawa in the segment.
The Imperiale 400 is available in three colors: silver, black, and red. The black and red colored versions are priced Rs 10,000 higher than the silver variant. Bookings for the bike are open across Benelli dealerships in India and on its website. A token amount of Rs 4,000 is required to book the bike.
The Imperiale 400 is powered by a 374cc air-cooled BSIV engine that produces a maximum power of 21PS at 5500rpm. Benelli is betting big on the cruiser segment in India and is confident of capturing a significant market share with the Imperiale 400.
In addition to the three-year unlimited kilometer warranty that comes standard with the bike, Benelli is also offering complimentary service for the first two years and an annual maintenance contract for hassle-free customer experience.
The Imperiale 400 is powered by a 374cc single-cylinder engine that is known for its reliability and fuel efficiency. The engine is paired with a five-speed gearbox, which provides smooth and effortless shifting. The bike also features dual-channel ABS, which provides enhanced safety in all riding conditions.
Overall, the Benelli Imperiale 400 is a well-rounded cruiser motorcycle that offers a good combination of comfort, performance, and value. It is a great choice for riders who are looking for a stylish and affordable cruiser bike.
